Atrocious. Shoddily ran, inexperienced staff. My dogs have been removed and go elsewhere
Wouldn’t trust anywhere else to look after my pooch. He comes home knackered and I’m not surprised as they do lots of activities during the day (agility, digging, water play, mental stimulation, etc, it’s not just running around barking) and post it on Facebook. My boy knows what “doggy daycare” means and runs to the front door as soon as I ask him if he wants to go.
Our dog comes home tired after a day at pooches play house they say. Not surprised to be honest when they spend all day barking, must be exhausted.

My dog absolutely loves going here and can’t wait to go. She then comes home happy and content after a busy day playing and learning. The staff are really lovely and make such a fuss of all the dogs in their care, I would definitely recommend Pooches Play House to all my friends and family.

Couldn’t ask for a better day care. We’ve been bringing our cocker spaniel since he was around 4 months old and he absolutely loves it. He barks the house down when you tell him where he is going and can’t wait to get in.
He has his own little friendship groups on the days he goes and has learned so much from going. He’s a very confident and sociable dog and as a result of going to daycare, can read other dogs behaviour very well. He loves his daycare aunties and they truly love him too. Love seeing the pictures at the end of the day and Sharon also grooms and home boards him. Wouldn’t trust anybody else
We took our 13 week old puppy here once and got a really bad feel for the place instantly. He went once for a couple of hours and a few days later has become unwell and has symptoms of kennel cough. A number of other dogs we know who attend this day care have also got it. Why would they take on new vulnerable puppies knowing they had a breakout of kennel cough?

I took my working cocker spaniel here today for his first groom,the lady has done a fabulous job,bathing him,trimming him and clipping his nails at a very cheap price,I would highly recommend this place,thank you so much,he looks gorgeous

My dog stopped coming here last year and i wasn’t going to put a review on.
However, after listening to them poor dogs being screemed at, yelping and crying day in, day out, from the industrial estate
and my sister having a very pricey visit to the vets after a trainee had been allowed to groom her dog, I decided that it is only fair that people hear my experiences.
Everytime i picked my dog up he stank of stale urine, i literally had to bath him everytime i picked him up. The staff don’t take complaints very well either and get extremely rude and unprofessional when approached.
If the customers ever heard or saw the way their dogs were treated, the way we have, then i know they would not leave their dogs here ever again. I wish i had listened to the things that people had told me before i took used this place, but from now on i will make sure my dog is well looked after by people who care and who aren’t just out to make money.

Brought my dog to this groomers as I could not get her in at my groomers witch I love and she come back all different lengths and bald in parts I will not go again with my dog she looks a mess
