Our first visit today, our Lurcher absolutely loved being able to run at her speed without is worrying she would be off and lost forever. It will definitely be a regular thing for us xx
We took our dogs to Halfpenny for the first time today. What a lovely experience! Even if the weather wasn’t good, they enjoyed running around with their friends and playing, chasing balls and sniffing around ☺️
We will definitely go back, Halfpenny is such a great place not only for dogs, but also for the owners. It will definitely become a regular thing for us, once the weather gets better!

Beautiful.
Visited today, staying in area for a week, Poppy our goldie had a great time sniffing, running and rolling in grass, she did get a bit fixated on some builders bags of stone there she had to be pulled off several times as she was trying to scrabble in the rubble, mousehunting.
But we have booked another session as she enjoyed it so much

We love this beautiful safe space for dogs.
Nature friendly, agility course, picnic bench, shady areas etc etc.
So nice to be able to relax & let the dogs sniff around, without having to worry about other irresponsible dog owners.
Easy to book, easy access.
Had another visit to Halfpenny yesterday and it was looking beautiful.
Our rescue Pete can’t be let off the lead as he has a high prey drive and he absolutely loves coming here.
The field has everything you need for you and your dog 🐾
Just had our first walk at Halfpenny field, It was lovely to see my nervous dog able to run and explore off lead. I’ll be booking again, hopefully it won’t be as hot! There is plenty of shade but persuading him to take shade breaks was hard.

Lovely maintained field, I can’t walk very far so took a chair as this was our first time, was pleasantly surprised that there was a bench at the end where I was able to sit, loved the area where you can sit, I have 2 dachshund who are escape artists they couldn’t find any gaps lol 😂 will be back thank you.
My German Shepherd, Karda loves it, lot’s of exciting smells and different areas to explore!! A lovely safe area where he can run off lead and play with his doggy friend Charlie!!
Lovely place to visit if you’re needing a private place to walk your dog, lots of entertainment there as well as a lovely little shed for shelter
Great space for dogs to explore, and a nice spot for owners to relax. The field is secure and well maintained. It’s great for groups of dogs, or nervous dogs to feel safe. Will be back 😊

This was great. Fully enclosed dog paddock, little covered area with bales to sit on, agility equipment for the dogs, picnic table and plenty of water for them to drink/get washed.
Our doggies love it. A good safe run around can be had where you don’t need to worry about them wondering off
Had the most wonderful Christmas day here with my family. We have two energetic large breeds and they had the time of their life bounding around without worrying about being too overwhelming for other breeds. The equipment made it 10x more entertaining for their level of drive and we enjoyed mince pies. Absolutely amazing and we will absolutely be back in the new year :)!! Seemless and thoughtful

There are a few dog fields in the area but this is my favourite. It is a lovely landscaped field, with two water areas, one for drinking and one for washing the dog down, an indoor area complete with seats so you can stay dry whilst your pooch enjoys the freedom of the field. There are also a range of dog toys that you can borrow whilst you are there. There is also a picnic table at the top of the field for you to sit and watch the dogs play. The only downside if you have a reactive dog is that there is a footpath next to the field at the top and if another dog is being walked on that path it could get noisy!
Amazing! We had so much fun despite the rain! 100% will be back!

We had a fantastic kids party here on Saturday. Sally and the team could not have done more, there was a bouncy castle, running races, egg and spoon all in a beautiful setting. Afterwards a bbq and marshmallows on the fire, a perfect party which all the children loved. Thank you so much Sally and team!
